Our Online Coaching & Personal Training Programme will empower you to take control of your health & fitness by learning the fundamentals of food & exercise. We run 1 on 1 sessions as well as group training bootcamps and workshops that can help you get results in as little as 6 weeks.

Online Group Coaching
With our various online group coaching, we work with up to 20 people per group ensuring we can give you the attention you need to make a real change.
Group coaching programmes are designed with different needs in mind including our Health Camp to improve their physical and mental health, enhance well-being and lose weight.
We also offer performance programmes designed for specific sporting activities.
You’ll get weekly group training sessions, nutrition coaching, weekly personal check-ins and direct access to a trainer to answer your specific needs.
Our 1 day workshops offer an effective way for you to get to know your body, understand what causes you pain and know exactly what you need to do to become pain free.
The workshops include a range of assessments to help you to identify muscle imbalances and test your bodies proprioception and ability to balance.
You’ll leave the workshop with a bespoke, personalised plan, plus get a complimentary one-to-one follow up session.
We run various different workshops throughout the year ranging from joint specific or activity specific focuses.
All our onlline programmes are delivered via a two- way zoom call.
The sessions include joint range of motion, full body movement and proprioception assessments, alongside the most effective, short exercise programmes to help you achieve your goals.
You’ll takeaway an individualised training programme within your own app to help you stay motivated, track your workouts and ensure your training is effective and gets results.

She has worked with over 300 members to overcome chronic joint pain and prevent reoccurring injury.
With over 5 years experience in the fitness industry, she has a passion to educate people on how to use exercise to become pain free for life, how to create sustainable weight loss without restriction and how to find more enjoyment in the journey to live a healthier, more active lifestyle.

With over 15 years of Pilates teaching experience and a degree in Sports Science, Ella brings a wealth of passion to her classes. She loves to help people get fit in a fun and energising way. Ella teaches multi-level classes, from beginner through to more advanced, allowing those with aches and pains to start somewhere and to challenge themselves without the worry of causing more damage.
Brogan is a lover of group fitness with a big passion for bootcamps, combat workouts and stretch & mobility. She wants to show you fitness can be fun, workouts can be less than 45 minutes and you can still get fabulous results. No juice diets, no hours spent on a treadmill, just a healthy way of living that will last you a lifetime.
Chey believes fitness isn’t just about physical goals but instead can help you to achieve a full health experience. With over 4 years experience, Chey will help to raise your mood whilst keeping you in shape, so you’ll always get that feel good feeling after every workout.
Our experienced Yoga instructor Gemma has been teaching Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga for over 5 years. Her teaching style focuses on improving mental health and wellbeing and has adapted her flows to specifically suit people with joint pain.
